Pricing
Our Bungalow tariff below is per night, and priced in Indian Rupees (Rs). Prices include water, gas, electricity, incoming and local outgoing telephone calls, and include Govt of Goa Luxury Tax of 10%. A daily maid service (0900 to 1800) is included and we will cook for you by arrangement. Our driver and 8 seater vehicle is included for the all full days of residence but excluding arrival and departure days. Any stay of 3 nights or less may incur a surcharge (please enquire). Bookings which include the night of 24th December or 1st January must be for a minimum of 7 nights.
Guest House and Suite prices are priced in Indian Rupees (Rs.) and are per room per night, on room only basis, for up to 2 people and include Govt of Goa Luxury Tax.
For the Bungalow and Suite a deposit (25%) is required at time of booking and the full balance to be paid at the latest 8 weeks before. There is also a security deposit of Rs. 15,000 for the Bungalow which is fully refundable subject to damage, breakages, loss of keys etc, and is payable on arrival. The minimum rental period for the bungalow is normally one week (7 nights). Guest house bookings are payable in full, at the time of booking.
Airport transfers, if required, are Rs. 1500 for pick-up, and Rs. 1000 for drop-off for up to 4 guests and luggage in a large, a/c, licensed tourist vehicle.
